Workforce Quality

This was officially launched September of last year after a trial period of one year. New features were added to the product to facilitate the recording of tests scores automatically from OURVLE to PeopleSoft TEST table. Competency levels were also defined and mapped to the test scores in the OURVLE, these scores are recorded automatically in the Competency Management module.

  • Tests – these are used to assess employees' knowledge of desk procedures, data entry to PeopleSoft and impact of the output on other areas of work. Currently objectives for these assessments are being defined and documented. The pass rate to achieve competence in any area has been increased to 95%.

  • JOB AIDS were also defined and posted for several problem areas in HR Job Data processing.

  • Training Lab – a controlled environment is needed to achieve the set benchmarks and the ultimate goal of the Workforce Quality Management which is to improve user efficiency by identifying weak areas and generate training demands.
