June 2012 marked the launch of the ePayslip program which enables staff at UWI Mona to access their payslips online via PeopleSoft Self Service. ePayslips offer many advantages.

What are some advantages?

ePayslips provide a fast, economical and secure medium through which payslips are delivered to employees.

• Fast — Once payslips are ready they are immediately available on the Internet. Employees no longer need to wait for traditional physical channels of delivery to receive their payslips. Employees can also easily access their previous payslip.
• Economical — ePayslips reduce paper, printing and distribution costs to the University.
• Secure — Only employees are able to access their particular payslip information in PeopleSoft Self Service.

This is a new and economical solution which significantly reduces the production and distribution costs of printed payslips, making ePayslips not only cost effective but environmentally friendly.
