GENERAL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
In addition to being assessed for the accuracy, relevance and completeness of CONTENT as well as the quality of the supporting ANALYSIS, all papers are expected to meet minimal requirements in citation and documentation of sources, general organization, and basic composition skills (editing to eliminate grammatical and mechanical errors). Papers that do not meet minimal standards in any required area will receive a holistic failing grade.
