Government Strategies
Emergency Measures Organization (EMO) is a government agency
headed by the Deputy Governor and the Police Commissioner.
Their task is to coordinate the efforts of the government
departments as well as private industry, and communicate
information to the public.
A command post (COMOPS) is setup my EMO during an emergency.
Member of CDERA.
