Entry Requirements

The University of the West Indies encourages applications from all who satisfy normal matriculation requirements. These are two subjects at GCE Advanced Level and three subjects at GCE Ordinary Level or two subjects at the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) and Grades 1, 2 and 3 in the examinations of the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) at the General Proficiency Level.

UWI facilitates non-traditional routes to entry and encourages mature students to become involved at all levels of our academic programmes.
